Chef Brunoise
As the clock counted down to midnight on New Years Eve 2010 Sach challenged me to make a drawing every day as part of a resolution for the year. In keeping my promise I have been trying to make a drawing each and every day... so far so good!

ReplyDeleteBrunoise... it's just one of those funny french cooking terms that always cracks me up. Basically its means to cut something in 1/8 inch × 1/8 inch × 1/8 inch pieces... absolute precision! Personally i'd expect nothing less from a guy like Chef Brunoise.
